From 1995 to now, the company has ushered current resplendence of Golden Flying Horse Group through scientific management, technology innovation and industry upgrading. The company purchased Guangdong Zhongshan Zhongyi Paint Factory Co., Ltd. in 2002 and merged original Dalian Paint No.2 Factory in 2009, and invested to establish factories in Dalian Chemical Park, North Korea and Russia. Parts of projects have become one of key projects from National Development and Innovation Committee; in 2010, the company merged Bojue Paint (China) Co., Ltd.. Through a series of acquisitions, operation arrangement of Golden Flying Horse Group is accelerated, and improves and fills up the domestic and oversea marketing networks. We further enlarge production scale and development capacity, and speed up technology upgrading and application of products to greatly increase market core competitiveness.
In recent years, the company has grasped quality upgrading of original products and R&D of leading edge new products. In 2002, the company made huge investments to introduce the whole set of imported equipments and high-end technical talents, and researched and developed heavy corrosion protection series industrial paints suitable for petroleum, architecture, steel, ship and many corrosion protection industries.
